15. Cancellation policy
A 100% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
Any cancellation at any point for any reason results in 100% payment of entire booking. NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER.
Name on reservation and stay dates cannot be changed once booked. NO ALTERATIONS PERMITTED.
